Charles Ng & Leonard Lake

Charles Ng (image on the left) and Leonard Lake (image on the right) were partners in the deaths of 25 people at the property of Lakes ranch in Calvaeras County, CA. Ng and Lake met while serving in the military, but they were only there for a brief period of time because Ng was honorably discharged for theft after getting caught for stealing weapons, and Lake was discharged for mental illness. In this entry, like the other people I have spoke about, I will be explaining how Ng and Lake were sadistic sexual predators and what it was that made them that. I will also be explaining how Ng was responsible for the deaths of these innocent victims just as much as Lake was, and also what it was that started this whole escapade. Was there more of a significant reason why they acted out these wretched actions? Or simply because they did it for self gratification? These will be the questions I will hope to answer by the end of this segment.

Ng's lawyers tried to convince to the jury that Ng was not an accomplice to these murders, but instead he was a victim himself, and that he was forced to help dispose of bodies that was found all around Lakes ranch. Bodies that have been mutilated and charred, also sliced body parts in, around, and under the cabin. Ng being a victim was far from the truth because of the simple fact that before he stood in front the jury, Ng admitted to killing a family of eleven. Six men, three women, and two baby boys. After admitting to those killings, Ng still tried to plead his innocents. Ng was fully comprehensible of the murders and was not a victim, but a killer. The jury was convinced of that because after seeing the pictures Ng drew in his cell, pictures that only would've been able to been drawn by someone who was intimately involved in the murders proved that Ng was indeed involved. Also, not only were these men sick, but they were a bit moronic as well. Lake and Ng would video tape their victims. In the videos showed that Ng was voluntarily a part of these crimes, it showed how Ng would brutally torture, rape and murder these people. After the court witnessed that video tape, Ng received the death sentence, which made him the only Asian man on death row.


"The bunker will provide a facility for my sexual fantasies. It will provide physical security for myself and my passions. It will protect me from nuclear fall out"--Operation Miranda.
This is what Lake had in mind. Lake believed that there was going to be a nuclear fallout and living in this cabin in Calaveras would protect him from it. Here would be where he kept women as sex slaves, so after the fall out he could re-populate the world. This was his plan he called Operation Miranda. Even though these killings were Lakes idea, Lake never received his sentence. The day they got busted the officer found a .22 revolver and a silencer gun in the back seat of a stolen missing persons car that Lake was driving. The missing person was a victim of Lakes. After they arrested Lake, they took him into a questioning room. Lake asked for a cup of water, and when they returned with it, Lake swallowed a cyanide pill which left him brain dead for a few days, then later killed him. While keeping these women captive, Lake would get into there heads, making them think they had a chance even though they didn't, Lake would tell them, "While you're here we'll keep you busy, you'll wash for us, you'll clean for us, you'll have sex for us. It's not to much of a choice unless you've got a death wish. If you don't go along with us, we we'll probably take you into the bed, tie you down, rape you, shoot you, and bury you." That was a lie, because after Lake and Ng had became satisfied and grew bored with the woman, they would kill her anyways. When police arrived at the property, they found a hidden chamber that had a bed, plastic toilet, and a 1 way mirror so Ng and Lake could watch her, but when she looked in the mirror she only saw herself. Lake had it all planned out, but evidently not well enough.

What makes Ng and Lake sadistic is because they gained self gratification from watching these women suffer. When Ng and Lake tied these women up, they found it to be more about fun and games. Being able to watch these women being miserable and petrified of not knowing what was going to happen to them next was a something that made them continue to do it. It was pleasurable to them. Tying these women down to the bed, brutally raping them gave them a sense of power, a sense of control that they couldn't get enough of. They were clearly pitiless remorseless individuals, because after treating these women as ruthless as they did, they would still kill them. Without a drop of feeling of remorse. Since Lake committed suicide before he could be sentenced, I cannot say he deserved what he got, but if he lived through it and received the same punishment as Ng, then I would say he did. Since Ng is the only man left standing, he is one of the few notorious murderers known to us today, along with his accomplice Leonard Lake. Because of how they went along with these murders is what makes them worth talking about. Not only did they shoot their victims, but them taking the time out to dismember them and bury them added more to the reason why they are who they are today.

Lunatic Lesbians

In this entry, it's not just one man behind a cruel murder, but two women instead. Celeste Beard (on the top) and Tracey Tarlton (on the bottom). Celeste was a very conniving and manipulative woman and Tracey was more of a neurotic, suicidal woman with a drug and alcohol addiction. Tracey had a mental break down in the book store that she had owned, and because of that, that is what placed her in the St. Davidson's Pavilion Mental Facility where she met soon to be lover Celeste. Celeste was married to Steve Beard. A very wealthy man. Celeste was sent to the mental facility, because she threatened to commit suicide once her husband was going to take away her credit cards because of her bad spending habit. For example, Steve Beard had a net worth of $12 million and only after a year of marriage with Celeste she had already spent $1 million of it. Tracey and Celeste hit it off when they first met each other, and the beginning of their affair led to the plotting of the death of Steve Beard.

People may not consider Celeste being guilty of the murder of her husband, but in all actuality she is just as guilty as Tracey. When Celeste continually told Tracey that her husband was abusive and how badly she wanted out of the marriage she was "forced" to stay into, Tracey didn't have a problem with going along with any plan Celeste may had came up with, because Tracey wanted to marry Celeste, and found Steve as an obstacle anyway. So they went to extent of crushing 10 ecstasy tablets over his food and tried to overdose him with sleeping pills, and throughout both attempts, Steve survived. Finally growing impatient, Celeste decided the best way to kill him was by shooting him. It was perfect for Tracey, because Tracey already had a 20-gauge engraved shot gun that she had received as a gift. One morning Steve woke up finding himself frantic at the sight of his intestines splattered out on his stomach. Tracey had sneaked into his room in the middle of the night and shot him. Steve had lived through the hospitalization process, but only to die four days later after his release. When Tracey was placed into prison, she refused to bring up the fact that Celeste had anything to do with it, until one day in her cell she was reading the newspaper and saw that her lover Celeste had just gotten re-married. After realizing that she had only been used, Tracey spoke up to the prosecutors explaining the real story; because of that Celeste was sent to prison for 40 years along with the help of two witnesses. Celeste's two twin daughters.


On the other hand, I'm not surprised that Celeste was able to convince Tracey into killing Steve Beard. Especially how conniving and manipulatve she was. Celeste found Tracey to be the perfect candidate to do her dirty work, because she had seen that Tracey was dependent, emotionally unstable, and in a sense naive when it came to love, so because Celeste realized that she knew she would have Tracey wrapped around her finger. Because Celeste and Tracey's relationship was so publicly displayed, Tracey fell gullible to Celeste's lies. Once Celeste was arrested, not surprisingly she denied everything, denied ever being intimate with Tracey and that she had nothing to do with the murder, but when her daughters approached the bench they admitted that their mother did have a relationship with Tracey, and that Celeste did want Steve dead. Celeste would often make comments around the house like, "Why won't he die already!?". And so because of what she did, this is why Celeste Beard was a very conniving manipulative woman who had no regard for remorse. Her only main focus in life was money, and she was going to do whatever she had to do to get it, even if it meant killing her husband.

Dham Cannibal

Jeffrey Dhamer is thus far the most sexually deviant grotesque individual I have spoke upon yet. Like others I've mentioned, not only was Dhamer a necrophiliac and a sadistic man, but he was also a sociopath with corrupted desires and fantasies that he would then soon fulfill. Dhamer never really had friends. As a child he had an infatuation with animals and their textures, so he collected road kills, took it to the back of his home in Wisconsin, and began to dismember and dissect them. That was just the start, the beginning of his horrific deviant behavior that would soon follow him throughout his life. In high school he began to acquire a sort of sexual gratification from imagining sex intertwined with violence. Around this time he also found out he had a sexual preference for men, then later he began developing a desire to perform sexual behaviors,not with them but instead with their unconscious bodies. After high school is when he started his killing spree, over the years accumulating 17 victims all of them men and more than half of them were African-American.

People familiar with the behavior of Jeffrey Dhamer could possibly say that, like the others, Dhamer was a psychopath, clinically insane; that could be a logical explanation. Why else would a human eat the flesh of another? Because Dhamer ate partial of his victims remains, preserved, mummified their skulls, hands, and genitals may sound insane, that doesn't make him insane. In fact, Dhamer was far more intelligent then a typical insane individual. When Dhamer piled bodies on top of bodies in his apartment until he didn't have room left, he went out and bought a 57 gallon barrel, filled it with extremely acidic fluid and put the torsos of his victims in it. Once the torsos became a sludge like texture, Dhamer then flushed it/them down the toilet. People may say the reason Dhamer ate his victims was because he was a psychologically insane cannibal. Yes, a cannibal he was, but that wasn't the reason for him consuming parts of human bodies. His reason for it was simply because he didn't want his lovers (victims) to leave him, even in death, so if he ate them they could never leave him; they literally would always be a part of him.

Most importantly, Dhamer was a sadistic necrophiliac. Since Dhamer always fantasised about violent sexual behaviors, and found some sort of pleasure by laying next to unconscious male bodies, Dhamer made sure to fulfill his every desire, wish, want, and fantasy with his victims. Dhamer would invite these men to his house, only to drug them with sleeping pills, strangle them, and sexually assault their corpse. That was Dhamer's ecstasy. Even in one case when Dhamer killed a 14yr old boy, Dhamer kept the decomposing body in the basement for a week sexually assaulting the corpse. After the body started to smell to strong, Dhamer started dismembering the body to get rid of it. Dhamer even went to lengths of not torturing (according to him), but performing "experiments" on his victims. Dhamer would drill holes in their heads and fill it with acid trying to create zombies. But the men in his experiment only lived a day. Dhamer evidently wasn't a great mastermind, just sick-minded. So overall, Jeffrey Dhamer was a man who had a morbid mind, had sadistic fantasies, and an extrememly deviant behavior. That is what makes him one of the most evil men known to us today.

Charles Manson

Charles Manson is also considerably one of the most evil deranged people infamous to history today. He was manipulative, paranoid and also seen as a "killer who didn't kill". He had a strong belief that the black man would rise up, take power, and kill the white man. That being the beginning of an Armageddon he would preach onto his followers, later calling this racial war Armageddon Helter Skelter (a song written by the Beatles). Manson was also viewed as the killer who didn't kill. A contradiction right? He killed without killing by having a group of his followers murder five people under his instructions. It is left a controversial question. Is he accountable for the five victims in the Tate murder? Or is he not, because it wasn't technically his hands that killed.
Moreover, many of people may believe that Charles Manson was just a crazy man who began a cult, but isn't really responsible for the deaths of Wojech (Voyteck) Fryowski, Sharon Tate, Steve Parent, Jay Sebring, and Abigail Foldger. In some peoples point of view they may believe that his group of followers were not forced to commit these malicious acts, that they did it on their own will, so why is Manson to blame? Because Manson was fully knowledgeable of the situation. They were told to do so by their lord, god, or Satan, as they would often adress him. He was the man behind the scene, the puppet master directing every move these murderers acted out, pulling on their every string. So by doing so, he is also accountable for these murderes along with his followers.
In addition, Manson was very manipulative as well. Manson in a sense had a paticular guide he had set out that he would follow that would help to start build this sinister cult. He was very attentive and specific with certain kind of women he would approach. Manson would look for mentally unstable, emotionally troubled, rebellious young girls. Succeding at getting these young girls under his mind control, he would give them LSD, anpehtamines, and seduce them to influence and bring his beliefs onto them. He suceeded. In 1969 he had a group of four women he called The Manson Family. These women he formed were so evil and remorseless. During the murder, Sharon Tate begged one of the girls to spare the life of her and the life of her unborn 8month old baby. The girl replied back, "Bitch, I have no mercy for you". Then viciously stabbed Tate 16 times then smeared the word "pig" on the door with her blood. Manson was indeed a paranoid manipulative killer. By influencing/manipulating these girls to perform these heinous acts, he is just as guilty for the deaths as his family is.

Henry Lee Lucas

Henry Lee Lucas is considered to be more sadistic and sexually deviant than the other killers I have mentioned so far. Like The Hillside Strangler Kenneth Bianchi, Lucas was neglected through out his childhood. Growing up in Virginia in a destitute home, his mother was a very negligent, abusive woman who's job was prostitution, and because of that, that is what developed Lucas into the vile, immoral, sadistic man that he had become. He became a sex addict, because at an early age his mother would sexually abuse him, and often make him watch her as she "performed tricks" with men as a prostitute. But because of the violent actions his mother would act upon him also made Lucas a violent person. Yet what made him violent even more is having an uncle who taught him how to kill "unfortunate" animals. However, that was not what really turned him into a violent sex crazed man. What it was, was that his Uncle told him to kill these "unfortunate" animals after they have been sexually abused. Giving Lucas a pleasurable satisfaction to have sex with even dead things, and enjoy it. Turning him necromantic. I say that because this is something he said himself, "Sex is one of my down falls. I get sex any way I can get it. If I have to force somebody to do it I do, I rape them; I've done that. I've killed animals to have sex with them, and I've had sex while they were alive."(carpenoctem.com) Being a person of extremely violent behavior lead him to his first murder. Viola Lucas. His mother. He claimed to have blacked out during a fight with her, and when he regained consciousness, he said he had seen that she was bleeding and he had a knife in his hand. I don't find this to be true, because after he killed her he said he had sex with her dead body. So if he blacked out, he couldn't have raped her corpse and recalled if he couldn't even remember that he killed her first. After a prolonged period of time Lucas started claiming more and more victims he had brutally raped and murdered. It started with 11 then ended at 300. Lucas was a very ill-minded individual who's motivations were definitely considered out of the norm. He is was I would call a true sadist.

Hillside Strangler

Kenneth Bianchi and Angelo Buono were men who committed their grisly acts in downtown Los Angeles. Kenneth Bianchi is considered more of a sexual predator and Angelo Buono who is more of the sadistic one. Bianchi is more of a sexual predator because during their killings, Bianchi was not fascinated or aroused from viciously beating his victims. He took part of the multiple rapes and strangling to death ten claimed women over a four month period time with his cousin Buno from 1977-1978. Bianchi's childhood is what led to his deviant horrific behavior; because Bianchi was born from an alcoholic mother who gave him away at birth, he was adopted by a woman named Frances Bianchi who then took care of him through his infant years to his teenage years. Bianchi was driven to commit these actions, because going through the years of his life he felt that every woman who had came across his path had abandoned him. He married his first wife right after high school only for her to leave him within the first eight months of the marriage, then he remarried and had a child with a second wife only for her to leave him also for the same reason his first wife did. He was a compulsive liar who spent his money irrationally and irresponsibly.On the other hand, his cousin Buono was more of a sexually perverse man who always found pleasure from humilitaing and injuring women. He despised women and felt that he only needed them to satisfy his sexual needs. It became clear Buono was aroused by sadistic behavior because when he married his first wife she divorced him because he would tie her feet to bed posts and viciously rape her, and not even caring if his children had seen it. When he remarried to his second wife he still treated her the same way, also physically beat and raped his step daughter, then when he was done he would pass her to his sons so they can do the same. Therefore, the hillside stranglers are considered evil, because based off thier previous life experiences they targeted women, blaiming them, and also how they ruthlessly murdered and raped their victims for pleasure.

The Killer Clown

John Wayne Gacy Jr. also known as the killer clown, getting his name from having parties for children in his neighborhood and dressed as a clown, is mentioned as being one of the most evil men known to history because of his gruesome murders he committed over a prolong period of time, 1972-1978. He is considered one of the many men who engaged in sadistic behavior. The reason for it being is because he would get a young man alone, and place a rag of chloroform over their mouths to suffocate them so they will pass out. After they would pass out Gacy would then take them to his house and sexually assault them, using different objects to torture his victims, and to attain pleasure from seeing them suffer. He is a sadistic murderer, because not only did he attain the self-satisfaction after he would assault them, but because he would rape these young men and then brutally kill them. He is not considered mentally incompetent, because when police found the bodies of all his victims under the flooring of Gacy's house. Thirty-three victims, and all of them were young men. If he was labeled as a killer who was insane, or diagnosed with any other type of psychological disorder, he wouldn't have had the sense to rid the body after his brutal attacks.
